Does John Chow have a crush on Steve Pavlina?

This week I saw I nice Google ad on Steve Pavlina’s blog. John Chow is thanking Steve for his excellent blog with an Adwords content network ad as you see below:

I think it’s a really nice marketing stunt… And what’s more important that it’s effective!

A lot of webmasters who are advertising with Google Adwords don’t use the content network effectively enough (or not at all).

The ad from John Chow is a great example of how you can benefit from the Adwords content network.

The key is to use ads specifically targeted to the websites your advertising on. And that is exactly what John is doing with his ad.

I’ve seen that ad too there!
And I even clicked it… Just because of that text… And I think it was the first time I ever heard of john chow!
So, yes, good idea, but does he love steve? think not..
